Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations can be made up to 20 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a cancellation.
  • Orders canceled after the specified time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 5-6 working days to process and appear in your account.
  • Refunds for orders canceled within the specified time frame will be processed in full.
  • Refunds for orders canceled after the specified time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or misuse of our services.
